Quilts

T-shirt quilt made for Commander Sims

Two Quilts made from client's mother's clothes. Polyester got to love it....no need to post a photo of the second quilt as they looked the same. The Ohio Stars are polyester and the white is 100% cotton fabric.

The Pelzer Heritage Quilt
Made at the request of Elaine T. to raffle off to make money for the Heritage Commission
I would not use this technique of ironing on the photos again. I did not like the finished look.

Elizabeth's First Quilts
I taught her how to do a split nine patch and she was off and running.

I choose the lizard panto to compliment the gecko fabric. I could not find a gecko panto. Below is the back of the quilt showing the quilting.

Churn dash and snowball blocks. If you make churn dash blocks and put them together you get a secondary pattern of the snowball blocks.

This started out as log cabin block that I decided just looked too blah, so I appliqued the Cally lilies on the background. Again I apologize, the lilies are from a bought pattern and I do not remember the designer.

This is a storm at sea kit laser cut by Brook Flynn. I put this miniature together in just one weekend.

I bought this pattern but do not have it now to give credit to the designer. It went together so easy. I had fringe that I had bought when it was on sale and decided it was the perfect finish for this Christmas tree skirt.

This quilt was started after I took a Scott Murkin class. Such an easy technique and looks almost like a log cabin.

This quilt was made by the late Joy Chester and quilted by me. I do miss her beautiful smile and great outlook on life.
